We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, institution name, and job title when you sign up for early access, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. If you connect a CRM or SIS (e.g., Slate, Element451, Ellucian), we read program metadata and enrollment signal data you authorize — we never write to your systems.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. We use this to improve our service and diagnose issues.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the 701am platform
• Send updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your inquiries and requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide service. After account deletion, we retain minimal records required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., audit trails, invoicing) for up to 90 days, then permanently delete or anonymize them.

We use third-party subprocessors to operate the platform: cloud infrastructure (AWS), email delivery (Postmark), and data storage. Each subprocessor is bound by data processing agreements consistent with this policy. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.
