Why the Philippines for the hours you are asleep
English as a working language, a deep bench, and the inbox cleared before 7:01am. That is the Philippines case, not a vibe.
The Philippines is a strong remote hiring market because it offers long-term remote employees, English communication, cost-efficient team building, and scalable hiring.
That is the whole argument, in one sentence. The rest is how we use it.
Overnight is a feature
A seat in Manila can own the queue while Denver sleeps. Tickets, books, research, the Shopify exceptions, done before standup. Hours are set on the first call. You do not discover the timezone on day three.
English is a filter, not a nice-to-have
If it goes in front of a customer, it has to read like it was written by someone on your team. Most candidates never reach you. That is the point of a short slate.
What we fill there
Executive assistants, support, bookkeeping, content, QA, the unglamorous ops that keep a company from leaking. We fill the seats that compound.
Tell us the seat. If Manila is the wrong market, we say Mexico, or we say no.
