Because I don't want to sell you a map. I want you to hire someone who shows up. English, overnight coverage, a bench that can actually scale. One market we actually know.
What jobs do you fill?
AI trained operators. Automation. Assistants. Support. Sales. Marketing. Finance. Ops. Creative. Tech. If they can do it on a laptop, start there.
Do they actually know AI?
That's the filter. We don't send you someone who watched a YouTube video. We send operators who already use the tools to do the job. If they can't show the work, they don't reach you.
How much do I save?

Will they work my hours?
They work the hours you set. The Philippines is on the other one. We lock hours before anyone interviews. No surprises on day three.
