Why only the Philippines and Mexico?
Language, clock, and professional culture that fit a U.S. company. A global map looks impressive. A hire that shows up is better.
What roles do you fill?
Assistants, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, people ops, legal support, creative, and technology ICs.
How much do we actually save?
Most IC seats land 55–75% under a loaded U.S. hire. Open Savings, pick the role, and look at the number. It is an estimate, we confirm on the call.
Do they work our hours?
Mexico usually sits on U.S. time. Philippines coverage is built for early mornings, overnight support, or a defined overlap. Hours are set before anyone interviews.

How fast?
A clean seat can be shortlisted inside two weeks. Senior or odd roles take longer. We say so on the first call.
If the seat is wrong?
