Dawn Hire is a search, not a body shop. The person you pick sits on your payroll, in your Slack, on your tools. We find them, filter them, and stand behind the seat for ninety days. After that they are yours, which is the point.
A 20-minute call names the seat. We filter for skills, written English, work samples, and background. Most people never reach you. You get a short slate: three interviews, you pick. If the slate is weak, we do not lower the bar.
