Payslip requirements
Payslip requirements is the written breakdown of pay, deductions, and net that the worker receives each cutoff. A Slack message that says ‘sent’ is not a payslip.

How it works
Show basic, premiums, 13th-month payouts when they happen, employee SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG, tax withheld, and net. Hours and night differential should be reconstructable from timekeeping. DOLE inspectors and workers both use this document. EOR payslips should name the EOR as employer. If they name you and you have no PH number, the paper is confused. Write the rule into the contract and the payroll calendar before the first cutoff. Do not invent a U.S. substitute and hope DOLE never reads the payslip. Loaded cost moves when this line moves. Example: cutoff 15th. Payslip shows ₱30,000 basic half-month, ₱800 NSD, ₱875 employee SSS, net wired to a peso account. That is a file. A USD Wise transfer with no breakdown is not.

Common errors
Sending only a net figure. Hiding NSD inside basic so nobody can audit Article 86.
In practice
Treat Payslip requirements as a week-one operating object. Look at the next peso payslip and the next remittance file. If this word does not show up there, the quote from the sales call is incomplete. Write an owner - founder, local employer, or worker - and a date you will look at it again: first cutoff, first holiday, or first miss. If nobody can show a contract clause, a payslip line, a calendar block, or a checklist box, you do not have payslip requirements yet. You have a conversation. Convert the conversation before the person starts, while changing the deal still costs a paragraph rather than a resignation. Re-read the worked example above against the actual hire in front of you. If the numbers in that example cannot be swapped for this seat’s pesos, hours, and start date, the brief is still unfinished.
